Le couvercle et ses accessoires : lequel choisir ?

Un couvercle en cuivre, inox, aluminium ou silicone ? Pour des cuissons à l'aide de poêles vous choisirez des couvercles en treillis ou en tamis, qui ne bloquent pas l'air, mais limitent les éclaboussures et autres projections. Si vous souhaitez utiliser votre couvercle de cuisine sur votre sauteuse ou cocotte, privilégiez un couvercle bombé qui permet la convection de la vapeur d'eau et participe au mijotage. Pour réchauffer des aliments au micro-ondes, nous vous conseillons d'opter pour un couvercle en silicone ou en verre, compatible avec ce type d'électroménager.

Pour faciliter le rangement, vous avez investi dans des casseroles avec manches amovibles ? Nous vous proposons des manches en inox ou aluminium d'une grande qualité.
